Jane ‘Janeo’ Collins lives amongst self-planted organic banana palms, peach trees and passion fruit vines with a killer view over Macadamia plantations in Newrybar on the New South Wales north coast. The New Zealand born surfer chick moved to the Byron Shire region after traveling back and forth between Indonesia and New Zealand, finally settling in Byron Bay attracted to warmer waters and the fresh, organic produce available in the region.
Growing her own fruit, vegetables and herbs, vegan Janeo balances her time between surfing, gardening and organic vegan cooking. Janeo will be posting healthy recipes in our Healthy Life section so be sure to keep coming back to check out her posts!
